Welcome to our charming Burbank loft on Lock Street! Nestled near restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores, it’s your gateway to Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Burbank airport, and more. Access the loft via unique letter-style stairs, slightly narrower but safe if descended backward. Be mindful of the loft’s headroom as it narrows toward the bed. Feel free to use the sofa as an alternative bed. This guest house, part of the main property, ensures a private entrance – please avoid the main house and its backyard. Street parking is available, but adhere to posted regulations, especially between 8 AM and 6 PM. Cleaning days require car relocation between 10 AM and 12 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays. Equipped with all essentials, our loft is perfect for cooking, sleeping, and movie nights. Ideal for one or a couple, with a maximum of three people if the sofa is utilized. Note: No visitors are allowed, and there’s no designated closet space. Enjoy your stay in this cozy Burbank retreat!
The loft is a guest house part of the main house. You have the whole office self it’s a private entrance and fully dedicated to your stay.

Very Artistic place to stay.
We loved staying here, the street is beautiful and peaceful. There was always a spot for parking which was super helpful. The house was very clean and modern, we had no issues. The host was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants to go to as well.

I loved staying at Moziko’s place. It was exactly what I needed. Very cozy and centrally located to many things to do. Lots of parking available on the street which is much necessary when in LA. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to LA.
We loved this cozy loft. Located in a great area, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The place has a very sophisticated feel. Love, love the kitchen and the bathroom. It has sky lights throughout the ceiling, which it is very cool. The one suggestion I have is to relocate the bed towards the middle of the room to avoid hitting your head on the ceiling. I would definitely recommend Moziko’s place and would love to come back.
