The space
This spacious accommodation features a generously sized bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a large living room for your comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a substantial sit-down island, perfect for enjoying meals or gathering with friends and family. Additionally, each room is equipped with its own coffee station and smart TV for your convenience and entertainment. The second room is furnished with a twin-sized bunk bed, providing cozy sleeping arrangements.
Other things to note
This is an aged building with approximately 40 neighbors, and sound easily travels through the walls. Therefore, I kindly request you to be considerate and mindful of your actions, taking care to walk quietly.
I would like to remind everyone not to engage in any activities on the balcony after 9:30 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Please refrain from using the building parking for parking your vehicles, and remember not to leave any trash outside your door. Let’s keep our surroundings clean and tidy.

Thanks Moziko! Your place was beautiful. Tons of space in the living room and main bedroom. My kids loved the bunk beds. Also loved the balcony setup. Everything I needed to cook was available, there was water and ice in the fridge. There was just about every platform for streaming available for us as well. We felt very comfortable in the space. My only cons would be the parking isn’t available and there’s a $15/day fee that’s charged if you want to park in the complex. There’s street parking, but it’s construction on the street so it isn’t easy to find parking. All in all, I would DEFINITELY stay here again. It’s very quaint and I love how the apartment is structured.
