Located in close proximity to Joshua Tree Park and just minutes away from Pioneer Town, Wind Hill offers a prime location for exploration and adventure. But the true gem lies in the fact that your very own state park awaits you right behind the house. You can enjoy complete privacy on your expansive 17-acre private resort, which includes your very own pool and spa. While the pool is not heated by default, it can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $500. On the other hand, the spa is already heated to a relaxing 100 degrees and is available for you to enjoy at no extra cost.
The pool can be heated for a fee of $500. However, please note that the pool heater works only when the spa is turned off. By default, the pool is not heated.
We have excellent service with Verizon, and we also have great service with other companies such as AT&T.
Occasionally, service personnel like pool service, garbage pick-up, or gardeners may visit the house.
Please be aware that the water dispenser in the freezer is not functioning.

We did not want to leave this beautiful property. We were looking for a peaceful place in the desert to slow down for a couple days in the middle of a jam packed vacation traveling from the Midwest all the way to San Diego. This WAS PERFECT. We are traveling with two 7 year old boys, a 3 year old and 16 year old girl. Everyone was so happy being at the house enjoying the hot tub, despite the cool weather, and loved exploring the grounds. We had an epic Easter egg hunt on the property ( left behind some candy and maybe a few unfound eggs) and that was an incredible experience. We enjoyed taking pictures in all the architectural features around the property of the kids and especially my beautiful 16 year old. Moziko was extremely helpful if we had any questions and willing to accommodate us in any way. We truly appreciate him letting us use his amazing place he created. We will do this exact same trip with a couple days longer next time.
My family and I came to Wind Hill to explore Joshua Tree. Moziko's place is awesome and was the perfect spot for us. The views are amazing at sunrise and sunset and the hot tub/infinity pool really ad to the property. It's completely private which we liked and Moziko was always quick to respond via text/phone calls to any questions I had. I did have to rely on him to heat up the hot tub which wasn't always convenient, but it heats up quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend the property if you're looking to explore Joshua Tree.

Moziko was responsive the entire stay, I had a big group that was a little needy and I was relieved at how helpful he was and always available. The house was wonderful, slept 8. The hot tub got very hot and it was absolutely fabulous watching the sunset from the tub. Beautiful place and convenient to Joshua Tree National Park.
