This was my 2nd stay at Moziko's home in Encino, and it always feels like home away from home. I appreciate how responsive he is, and how welcoming and homey the place feels for me and my pets while we're in Los Angeles. I'll definitely book again whenever I have to be back in Encino/Sherman Oaks.
My 3 colleagues and I stayed at Moziko’s for a business retreat and it was great. After a long day in meetings and planning, we would walk from the house to the community garden and would feel so refreshed by the time we were back. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some of the furniture items were outdated, and neglected (a drawer missing). But those were minor as the house overall was beautiful and furniture was comfy! Definitely recommend!
Great place to stay, particularly long term! Stayed here with two young children and appreciated the cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall setup of the home. Host was super thoughtful and responsive, and it is obvious that he takes care in preparing the home for guests. Large yard was especially helpful for the kids, and the home’s proximity to cafes, shops, grocery stores and the freeway made it incredibly convenient.
Moziko was a great host. Always responsive and willing to help. Would definitely recommend.
